At TurkishBank UK, we continue to take all necessary measures against the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The safety and wellbeing of our valued customers and staff remain our top priority and we have robust plans in place to ensure we continue to offer the services you expect.
Under the current Government restrictions, our branches will operate under reduced hours on a temporary basis.
Starting from 25 March 2020:
- London Bridge, Harringay, Palmers Green, Dalston and Edmonton Branches will be open between 10am to 4pm during the weekdays.
- Lewisham Branch will not be open, but customers can continue to access services through London Bridge Branch.
- Relationship Mangers based at our Mayfair Relationship Office will continue to be available through their normal contact information, although any service provision will be through our London Bridge Branch.

For remote transactions, our Internet Banking service (www.turkishbank.co.uk), offering a full range of enquiry and transaction services, is available 24/7. In addition, our Contactless Debit Card will assist with online purchases and reduce the need to handle cash at this time.
