Lost or Stolen Cards

If your TurkishBank UK debit card has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately so we can help protect your account and prevent unauthorised use.

From outside the UK:             +44 (0)20 3301 5275

Lost and stolen card service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once you have reported your card as lost or stolen, it will be blocked to help prevent unauthorised transactions.
