The Bank subscribes to the Banking Code and the Business Banking Code. Both Codes set minimum standards of good service that you can expect from banks, building societies and other providers of banking services. Further details of the code will be explained to you during account opening. You can ask for copies of the Code to be sent to you by post or collect copies from one of our branches.
